If any agency would like to arrange an alliance or diplomatic relationship with NCIS, please contact the Director of External Affairs - Missbluegerlx2


Prior to requesting an alliance/treaty with NCIS, please ensure that the following requirements are fulfilled:

  • Active Foundation team

  • Diplomatic visits from both agencies

  • Active base population

  • Minimum 300 members on ID badge

  • Been on the Habbo agency floor for a minimum of 1 year consecutively

  • Have a fully functional and accessible website

  • Not be associated with any mafias/illegal warfare
