In Command Duties
All iC ranks are required to join at least one (1) Special Unit + one (1) iC Task Unit OR two (2) iC Task Units when eligible!
PRESIDENTIAL 4iC
The role of members in the Presidential Division of NCIS is to act as basic room moderators. Their duties consist of making sure newcomers are welcomed to a desk to be recruited into NCIS, transferring in new members, making sure people do not idle while at a station, making sure everyone is following the Code of Conduct and any other role that needs to be fulfilled while working at NCIS.
LEADERSHIP 3iC
Members of Leadership play a significant role in managing all of the higher divisions in NCIS. A Leader must see that members in their divisions are achieving goals to help NCIS grow. For example, the Leader of OOA must make sure active members in OOA are doing a good job while they are in that division. A leader will also have access to the Station Moderation badge, meaning they can bop people when they idle at a station without having RR.
BOARD OF DIRECTORS 2iC
A Director of a division is the person who oversees all of the high ranking divisions in NCIS. A Board Director works closely with the respective Leader of each division to make sure that the division is running smoothly and all members are performing well. A Board Director must also, when noticing their division is lacking in certain areas to identify areas of improvements and concerns and accordingly develop action plans.
OWNERSHIP 1iC
The responsibilities of an Owner is to oversee everything that goes on in the NCIS base. Ownership's job is to keep a safe working environment for all NCIS members. An Owner can discuss business inquiries with other members and manage certain operations assigned by the Foundation Team. Owners can also help other members and give advice on how to manage time and productivity within NCIS to earn higher pay and more promotions. Owners are likely to have Room Rights and Badge Admin, so if you ever need a badge accepted, or a troll that needs to be kicked, see an Owner.
CHIEF OF STAFF 1iC
Chief of Staff in NCIS are responsible for maintaining order and integrity of NCIS services. These include Portal, Discord server and website. Their job is to ensure everything is kept up-to-date, to monitor NCIS base and take extra care of all employees’ well-being in the agency. Chief of Staff members have proven themselves to be experienced and are more than happy to provide advice to other members, to excel in their career here.
FOUNDATION iC
The job of a Founder is not an easy one, with great power comes great responsibility. Founders oversee not only the main HQ of NCIS, but also the behind the scenes action aswell. Founders are responsible for hosting events, keeping a great working environment and overseeing all operations and business activities to ensure they produce the desired results and are consistent with the overall strategy and mission to bring NCIS as top agency in Habbo. Also develop high quality business strategies and plans ensuring their alignment with short-term and long-term objectives for NCIS. Founders are always there to give advice and uplifting words for NCIS employees who are striving to be at the top. Say hi when you see one, they are all friendly and great people!
FOUNDER'S
REP iC
A Founders’ Rep is someone who is hand picked by the First in Command and is trusted very well, well enough to leave their Rep with the power that they hold when they are not around. A Rep’s job is to “act” like the First in Command they are representing when they are not around. If you ever need to contact a First in Command when they are not present, their rep is your next go to person to see!

The First in Command TheGenTyalt, Piccar! and Forever-Yours are the reason we have NCIS today! The First in Commands are some of the nicest and genuine people you will ever meet on Habbo. It is because of their hard work and efforts that we can now enjoy the agency we all love. Their roles vary from filling a station to hiring Founders. They are the ones who pay all members of NCIS and make the right business moves to take NCIS to the top.
