First of all, congratulations on your promotion to the Security Division!
In today’s training, I’ll be teaching you how to operate the Security Station.

Great! We will now be discussing the functions of the Security system.
As a Security member, you must keep an eye out for the FTS command.
FTS - Fill the Security.
After we are done with the training, we’ll proceed to simulations.
The purpose of the simulations is to ensure your understanding -
as well as your proficiency in handling the Security Station within NCIS.

When doing the Security Search, it is extremely vital to use the Portal so let’s make you an account!

Great! Now kindly click on “Register” and follow through with the steps needed.

You will need to change your motto once you’ve reached the Verification part.

Once you are done I can give you your correct motto again.

You should now have access to the Security Search tab.

The Security Search tab is where you will enter the username of the member under and it shows the status of the member!

You must log all trainings you have conducted.

Please scroll down to Settings and set yourself a promotion tag!

Your promotion tag must be 2-4 letters long and must relate to your username.

At FTS, you are expected to use this search when people are -
sent to the Security area.
To operate the gate of FTS say !gate - this teleports the member further into Security,
At this moment, inform the person to give you a moment - whisper them and
copy their username and paste it into the search bar that says “Enter Habbo Name”
Once you click on Search - you will see the member’s status - Approved or Denied
You can try this with my username now and see what response you get.

Continuing from the above, you will now use the colour tiles according
to the status given on the Security Search function.
These tiles will be used accordingly:


[Use Red Chat while explaining]

The Red tile is expected to be used for the following reasons:
1) Person is fired from NCIS. (Based on Security Search)
2) Person is not an official member of NCIS. (Based on Security Search)
3) Person refuses to do as instructed by you.

[Use Yellow Chat while explaining]

The Yellow tile is used for the following reasons:
1) Sending a recruit to training.
2) Sending a newly promoted Security member to training.
3) Sending a newly promoted Trainer member to training.
4) Sending a newly promoted High Management member to training.
5) Sending a newly transferred member to Training.
(If there is someone training that person)

[Use Green Chat while explaining]

The Green tile is used when:
The person is an official member of the NCIS.

Before we proceed to the simulation, your tasks in security will be as follows:
- Check that the person has the correct B.U.M.
- If they are a member and do not have the correct Badge, Uniform or Motto,
guide them on correcting it.
- If they refuse to do as instructed you may step on the red tile.
- If you need any further assistance, get help from a member ranked High Management or higher.

Please step on the colour tiles depending on the scenario.

[Change your badge, uniform or motto to fit the scenario]
[You will have to step on the blue tile every time you start a new scenario after changing your B.U.M based on the scenario.]

Scenario 1:
I am not a member of NCIS, nor do I have the correct B.U.M.
[Trainee should step on red tile]

Scenario 2:
I was fired from NCIS.
[Trainee should step on red tile]

Scenario 3:
I am a new recruit of NCIS and my B.U.M is all correct.
[Trainee should step on the yellow tile]

Scenario 4:
I am a new recruit with an incorrect B.U.M.
[Trainee should guide the recruit to correct the B.U.M, then step on the yellow tile]

Scenario 5:
I’m an official member who just got promoted into a division that needs training.
[Trainee should step on the yellow tile]

Scenario 6:
I am an official member of NCIS with an incorrect motto.
[Trainee should guide the member to correct the motto, then step on the green tile]

Lastly, Scenario 7:
I am an official member of NCIS with the correct B.U.M.
[Trainee should step on the green tile]

[Sit back onto the trainer seat to continue]

That was all the scenarios to play.

Moving forward, you are now at the division where you can apply -
for a Leave of Absence.
A Leave of Absence is taken when a user cannot log on to Habbo, and/or cannot -
provide any obligations to NCIS.
At your current division, you will lose your badges if you're inactive for more than 20 days.
Should the time arise, you can choose to apply for an LOA via our Discord under portal-requests
​or get an employee ranked High Management or above to apply on your behalf.
If you do not return after your end date of LOA you are at risk of losing your badges.
After this training, I would suggest that you check up on our LOA policy on our website -
This is located in the Handbook > Code of Conduct > Section 2.3 - Leave of Absence.
